Storied Lands Second Edition

Storied Lands is procedure, and it is a blazing fire; a fusion of order and chaos. It's a fantasy TTRPG built off the back of the SRD 5.1, released under the same CC license. As a Burglar, Champion, Fighter, Mystic, or Theurge, you venture into dungeons with your companions to slay monsters that threaten civilization.

You get two books when you buy Storied Lands Second Edition: the main rulebook, and the Game Master's Book. The rulebook tells you how to play the game and gives you everything you need to make a character. The Game Master's Book contains a system for generating an entire world; cultures, nations, events, technology, metaphysics, biomes, monsters, dungeons, and even a history.

The game is designed to play like B/X, but a bit modernized (ascending AC, advantage and disadvantage, etc.). It's largely compatible with B/X and OSE material--it's easy to convert monsters and modules for Storied Lands Second Edition.
