v0.11 Inbound + Oops!

I made some pretty gnarly errors in the initial release, namely stating that SCP is public domain. I could've sworn I had it right, but alas, the SCP Foundation and stories on the site are under a Creative Commons license. It's still okay to make works based off of it, but there's specific rules to doing so, which I'll begin conforming to in v0.11. Unfortunately, that also means this game also cannot be public domain; it must be released under the same license. Sorry for bungling it, I didn't even expect to get this far with the project, and I'm still pretty new to licenses and whatnot. Let me know if I make any errors in the future!

v0.11 will also include the "MTFd6 SCP Folios," which contains stats and abilities for a few popular SCPs, and will make minor updates to the original document.
